IFRS and Share Option Valuations
At a recent QCA Seminar, Edward Beale, City Group’s Chief Executive, outlined the requirements under IFRS 2 and introduced the QCA model for the valuation of share options. The model was developed by City Group and Independent Remuneration Solutions.
