The Company is incorporated as a société anonyme (joint stock corporation) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with financial holding company status. Activities Conafex is a pan-African agri-resource group focused on agriculture, floriculture, horticulture and plantation crops of which a high proportion of the produce, including tea, exotic flowers, field flowers, roses, coffee, tobacco and deciduous fruit, is exported to Europe. Currently most of the group's operations are located in Zimbabwe. The Company's shares are listed on the Luxembourg and Johannesburg (South African Rand Share Price) Stock Exchanges.
